Studium Biologie Bachelorstudium

Overview programs

The advanced studies curriculum follows the basic studies curriculum. In the advanced studies curriculum, students are able to choose their preferred topics within biology from a large number of modules. Students can take modules of the advanced studies curriculum during either their Bachelor's or their Master's degree course. Block courses and special lectures are key components of the advanced studies curriculum.
These are defined as core elective modules ("Wahlpflichtmodule") and are offered by the Department of Biology at the University of Zurich and the ETHZ with fully compatible timetabling. To be admitted to a block course, students must have successfully completed all the compulsory modules of the basic studies curriculum.
